Reserve Room

You can submit a meeting room request electronically here. Groups are allowed to book rooms up to three months in advance. We will contact you to confirm your request.

I have read the Library's Meeting Room Policy and agree to comply with its regulations and to accept responsibility for any expenses.
Person who will be in attendance, responsible for the event, and who consents to receiving inquiries from the public (if different than above):
Room Use Fee: $35.00 for 3 hours * $35 for each extra hour/part of hour * Seminar Room and William Hall Library Meeting Room are available at no charge, with a two-hour limit of use. Payment is due one week prior to meeting room use. Please make checks payable to Cranston Public Library.
