Cranston Public Library Video Surveillance Policy
The Cranston Public Library utilizes video surveillance camera systems. These cameras are in use to enhance the physical security of the library, its property, staff and patrons. We strive to protect the privacy of our patrons and therefore use this equipment in accordance with applicable state laws and retention schedules. Footage will only
be released pursuant to a subpoena or court order, or as otherwise required by law.
