ONLINE PROGRAM: Pain Management Solutions
Tuesday, May 4, 2021, 6:30-7:30 PM EST

We’ve all felt and dealt with physical pain. When our brains want us to modify our behavior, pain is the signal our brains use to prompt us to take action. Unfortunately, we don’t always know what action to take. Come to this workshop and learn effective ways  to manage and alleviate pain without medication or expensive gadgets.

Free and open to the public. Registration is closed. The event link will be emailed prior to the meeting.

Shane Sauer is the owner of MATRIX, a personal training studio in East Greenwich, RI. He is excited to be living out his true calling: helping others live happier, healthier lives. Shane’s unorthodox background gives him a broad perspective on creating efficient, lasting change through exercise and sometimes unconventional drills. He has years of hands-on experience as a personal trainer and is also a biomechanics expert (a fancy word for the physics of human movement). Shane has spent years analyzing the effects of stress and exercise on our soldiers. In recent years, he has integrated neurology and eastern wellness principles into his training with a dynamic, well-rounded approach geared toward getting lasting results in an efficient, sustainable way.
