Cranston Public Library Holding Passport Day

The Cranston Public Library is pleased to announce it will hold its annual Passport Day on Sunday, October 28th.  U.S. citizens planning international travel may apply for their passports at the Central Library between 1:00 and 4:00 pm.
Passport agents will be at the library during those hours to process applications for individuals and families, and answer any questions about the passport application process.  They will also be able to take passport photos for a fee of $10.
Applicants need to bring proof of U.S. citizenship, a valid photo ID (for adults), and personal checks or money ordesr.  Detailed information on the documents required can be found at www.cranstonlibrary.org/passport or at the Cranston Public Library, located at 140 Sockanosset Cross Road.  The Department of State’s website also offers complete information about the passport application process at www.travel.state.gov.
