Color and Calm @ Auburn

Adults, start your weekend off by calming down! Beginning Friday, January 27, you can drop in to Auburn between 4:30 and 5:45 PM every other Friday to color. Recent studies have suggested that coloring can offer many benefits, from reducing anxiety to developing focus and mindfulness. The library will provide coloring books, mandalas, colored pencils, and markers, as well as herbal and decaf teas and soothing music. Decompress and head into the weekend refreshed!
