Meet with FEMA and the Small Business Administration at the Cranston Library

PROVIDENCE, R.I. – FEMA and the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) will be in the Giles room at the Cranston Library at 140 Sockanosset Cross Rd, Cranston, RI, to meet with survivors of the Dec. 17-19, 2023, storms and flooding or the Jan. 9-13, 2024, storms and flooding.


The schedule is:

  • Wednesday and Thursday, March 27 and 28 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Monday through Thursday, April 1 – 4 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. except for Tuesday, April 2 when they will close at 4 p.m.

FEMA and the SBA representatives will be on hand to help you apply for assistance and answer any questions you might have about FEMA or SBA assistance. Residents of Kent, Providence or Washington counties can apply.

There are other ways to apply:

  • Call the FEMA Helpline at 800-621-3362. Help is available in most languages. The Helpline is available daily from 7 a.m. to 1 a.m. ET.
  • Go online to DisasterAssistance.gov (also in Spanish).
  • Download the FEMA mobile app (also in Spanish), available at Google Play or the Apple App Store.
