 The Auburn Library began as the Auburn Reading Room Association in 1888. After serving the community from six other neighborhood locations, the Auburn branch
found a permanent home on Pontiac Avenue.

DIRECTIONS
From North:
Route 95 South to Route 10 to Reservoir Avenue exit (Route 2S). Turn right at the end of the exit ramp. At the third light turn left onto Park Avenue (Route
12E). Turn sharp right at the next light onto Pontiac Avenue. (The Park Theatre is on your right). Go through one stop sign. The Auburn Branch is the third building on the left.
From South:
Route 95 North to Route 37 West to Pontiac Avenue exit. Turn right at the end of the exit ramp onto Pontiac Avenue. Go through four traffic lights. Shortly
after the Waterman School there will be a fork in the road. A convenience store sits in the middle of the fork. Stay to the left, which is still Pontiac Avenue. The
Auburn Branch is 1 1/2 blocks down on the right.
